Yay, gym battle!

This battle...was close, but thankfully, Chuck's an idiot. XD I really thought I was going to lose Kenya, since had he chosen to use Surf, it would have KO'ed her. I thought that last Aerial Ace would get rid of it, since Kenya was much faster, but it survived with like TWO HEALTH! Again, thank goodness for him being stupid. "Chuck, you blockhead!"

Hooray for him having a loving wife who helps him with his stupidity, though. XD She's definitely the pants-wearer in the relationship. I imagine Chuck enjoying training and running around with his Pokemon more than actually fighting - more of a teddy bear kind of guy than he'd care to admit. But his wife loves him all the same. Yay for marital success!

And yes. Norris. As in Chuck Norris. And yes, he has a manly stache and eyebrows. Because I was sketching the page, and I drew the Poliwrath...and I was like... "This needs a mustache." Mhm. Norris is probably smarter than his trainer... but I want to draw a little toddler Chuck with a mustachioed Poliwag. Someone should draw that, if I don't.
