Misfits 7 - Trolling is Fun

Well, we got out of the forest and to Eterna at last, saying goodbye to Cheryl and Ela. It's a nice, old city, very rustic. We found a Name Rater's place - where they can change the official registered name of your Pokemon. So, at Calvin's strong request, I officially changed his name to Sir Calvin. At least he's a bit more mollified now, even though he's still irked that he hasn't evolved yet.

We checked out the routes all around Eterna, but the only catch we made was an awkward little Bidoof named Doug. He was happy to go to the box - I'm sure Nolan is teaching him all about being a non-fighter. Seeing another Bidoof reminded me of Bea, which was a little sad...but for now, I'm happy training the six wonderful Pokemon I have.

Mo has been cheerier lately, too, now that he has his friends Rudder and Dia. He's more like he was when I first met him. He smiles again. It makes me happy to see.

We went to the Eterna City gym, and I let Gilly sweep it. After all the training we had with Cheryl, the whole team was level 25. Gym Leader Gardenia's strongest, the Roserade, was level 22, so...yeah. Gilly had a blast trolling all the grass types, using Wing Attack over and over.

After we beat them, I taught Sir Calvin the Cut move (which he hated, but at least it's an attack other than a grass one.)

We heard from the Bicycle shop owner that his Pokemon was stolen from the Galactic people. They had this weird new building in the town. It seemed out of place. Well, being good citizens, Sir Calvin and I went to go ask them about it...but then they started flipping out and sending out Pokemon to fight...in the end, we kind of accidentally defeated their leader (Mo took out her Skuntank) rescued a bunch of stolen Pokemon, and evicted the lot.

...I'm still slightly confused about it. But hey, I got a bike from the Bicycle Shop Owner! Yay!
